Test Cases

There are six test cases. Be sure to use the following naming convention (First name is testers first name, last name is the number of the test case i.e. “One”, “Two”…). Read everything, Pages, questions, emails, follow all links and complete those forms, upload fake documents (use notepad to create text document that just has in its contents of what the document should be and the test case). Note: you are trying to break it. This test process should take about 2 hours.

Have some paper and a pen so you can take notes of:

1. Start time and end time for each test case
2. Start time and end time for each form
3. Things that should be changed
4. Things that do not work as expected
5. Spelling errors
6. Ideas to help the process work better
7. Anything else you can think of

Once you click the “Get Started” button below a new tab will be open with the “Request MMP Appointment” page. This page will stay open to reference the test cases below.
